RETURNS

If in the unlikely event you received a defective product, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable or exchangeable.

If you are dissatisfied with your unopened and unused product and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for an exchange or a refund minus the restocking fee. The restocking fee is 20% of the paid price. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Pretty Regal is not responsible for shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS 

All services and associated fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to read through policies thoroughly before booking an appointment. In the event you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact the owner within 48 hours from your appointment to receive compensation under careful review.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.
