- Booking fees may be transferred once (to a new date/time) when rescheduling. Any additional changes to the appointment will require a new booking fee.
- Same-day cancellations will have to pay a new booking fee and pay in full in or order to rebook.

- Lash fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks

- Any lash fill scheduled after 4 weeks must be booked as a full set (incorrect bookings are subject to cancellation)
